Ultraviolet (UV) curing PE tube coating
OP coat
Since our company developed an ultraviolet curing material through our original high polymer technologies, Hayatone UV Series has been used for a variety of applications specialized for customer needs, one component type UV curing ink with a high degree of adhesion to PET bottles, and as a coating material for PE tubes.
Ultraviolet (UV) curing PE tube coating
Hayatone OP Coat Series – ER, ERK, HER
■ Features
- Both gloss and matte types are available.
- The gloss type is very shiny and has excellent slip characteristics.
- Has excellent foil stamping properties (Hot Stamping).
- Hybrid polymerized type * ・The cation polymerized type curing films have almost no odor. (ERK, HER)
- Hybrid polymerized types can be used with all ink types. (HER) (Both radical polymerized type and cation polymerized type can be used together. *according to in-house testing)
- Cation polymerized type curing film produces very little extract and so it can be used for medicine tubes, etc.
- Product has also been used in numerous products by overseas users. *Hybrid polymerization types (radial/cation polymerization) are patent pending.
